The reason is simple,once some virus has infected the pen drive and has created autorun entries, it can run any-kind of task through auto-play feature.

So to fix it, we first of all need to Disable Autoplay on all removable drives.

After this, Insert the pen drive, do not open the drive or double click on it, simply insert it. Now its time for some cleaning by removing Virus created autorun entries.
